The Astronomical Interpretation Centers in Protected Natural Areas, Mendoza Constellation, constitute an astrotourism project that brings together the efforts of COFECyT, the Province of Mendoza, ITeDA Mendoza, the National-Regional Technological University of Mendoza and the Pierre Auger Observatory of Malargüe.

Its objective is to show the celestial landscape as a continuity of the terrestrial one and appreciate the beauties of the starry nights of the southern hemisphere, highlighting the need to protect the night sky, an intangible heritage of Humanity, but also appreciate the phenomena related to astronomy during the day.

Guided tours are led by park rangers and can therefore be organized according to the needs and desires of tourists throughout the year.
